Abstract

The Reason and Target of Research : To know ability of PT Merck Indonesia (tbk) in yielding net profit from usage of own capital mn company intern expenditure. Method Research : Writer use bibliography method by taking financial statement data made by company to be analysed Result of Research : Based on financial statement Balance and also Loss ­ Profit since year 2001 up to year 2005 as source of data, hence successively assess ROE PT. Merck Indonesia ( tbk) are 44,236%, 25,079%, 31,711%. 37.163%, 31,991% While yielded RE are 34,66%, 21,72%. 25.25%. 28 55% 26.46 And Suggestion conclusion : Own capital rentablity go down in the year 2002 and year 2005 is effect the degradation of economic rentability, where in the year happened unefficiency between usage productive asset m sale with big flower burden or expenses. For that PT.Merck ind_aesa .'') shall be earn to depress the costs to continue to go up of net profit value in the next years So that happened according to among own capital released the expenses of asset till yield big sale volume on the chance of getting big advantage also
