Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mekanisme eksternal dan internal good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2022. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 75 perusahaan sehingga terdapat 225 data observasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa komite audit independent dan auditor berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sementara itu, kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional dan kreditor berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
